ERDEM offers a complimentary return service for all orders returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all security tags attached. We strive to make the process as seamless as the shopping experience itself.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within the shipping box provided to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label included in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Schedule a Collection

  Book a complimentary courier pickup through the portal or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point to finalize the return.
