What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary by destination, usually ranging from 3 to 7 business days.
How do I return an item?
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags attached. Please use our online portal to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders shipping to the UK, EU, and USA, all relevant duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. For other destinations, you may be responsible for local import duties upon delivery.
How can I ensure I select the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As our collections are often tailored, we recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
